At Madmun for trading establishment ("we," "us"), we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through the Kaffa app ("the App"), why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have over it.
By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Data We Collect

What we don't collect: your location, your contacts, or access to your other photos. The App only accesses the single photo you choose to share.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Analyzing meal photos and calculating calories and nutrients
- Saving your meal history and progress
- Improving the App's accuracy and overall quality
- Contacting you about service-related matters (like an issue with your subscription)
We do not sell your data, rent it out, or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing Data with Third Parties
To run the App, we share the minimum necessary data with:

4. Transferring Data Outside Saudi Arabia
Some of the service providers listed above may process your data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We take appropriate measures to protect your data during any such transfer, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Your meal history: kept as long as your account is active, or until you delete it yourself
- Meal photos: used for analysis and not kept afterward, unless you explicitly agree to let us use them to improve the service
- Usage data: kept for no longer than 12 months
6. Your Rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to: - Access your data and get a copy of it - Correct any inaccurate data - Delete your data and your account - Withdraw your consent at any time - Object to certain uses of your data

7. Data Protection
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and limit data access to authorized personnel only. That said, no security method is 100% foolproof on the internet.
8. Children
The App is not intended for anyone under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you're a parent and believe your child has sent us information, please email us and we'll delete it.
9. Important Health Disclaimer
The App provides estimates of calories and nutrients — these are not 100% accurate and are not medical or dietary advice. Don't rely on it for treatment decisions. Check with your doctor or a dietitian, especially if you have a health condition (like diabetes) or are pregnant.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy, and we'll notify you in the App of any significant changes. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the changes.
