How do I get the most accurate result?

Shoot from above in good light, keep the whole plate in the frame, and remove any lid or plastic wrap. On iPhone Pro models, Kaffa measures food volume with the LiDAR sensor when you shoot directly in the app.

The number looks off. What can I do?

You can rename any item, change its weight, or type a correction and the app recalculates. If you weighed your food on a scale, tap the estimated weight and enter the real one.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kaffa → Cancel Subscription. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at kaffasup@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

Are the numbers 100% accurate?

No. They are estimates, and the app is not a substitute for a doctor or dietitian. Read the terms.
